2019 Opening Program DanceSport Sa Sugbu
At 4:00 in the afternoon of September 14, 2019, the Dancesport Sa Sugbu Open championship 2019 had its Opening Ceremony and Parade of Athletes coming from Russia, Taipei, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao along with thirty (30) adjudicators on parade and having our very own DanceSport Team Cebu City Head Coach Crisaldo “Loloi” Rendon heading the panel of adjudicators.
The affair was graced by several dignitaries in the person of Vice Mayor Michael Rama, City Councilors Hon. Raymond Garcia, Hon. Dondon Hontiveros, PAGCOR Chairman and CEO, Ms. Andrea Domingo, and DSCPI President, Ms. Becky Garcia among many.
Likewise, Cebu City Sports Commission Chairman Edward Hayco together with the VIPs unveiled the newly launched Dancesport Academy of Cebu from what was known as Dancesport Team Cebu City serving its purpose of training the underprivileged youth of Cebu City for the last 20 years. More than 200 couples from all over the Philippines competed with each other in different categories.”
