A day-long DanceSport Event with an Open
Competition (Juvenile, Junior, Youth, Adult, Senior) plus
School-based and Barangay-based Competitions and Awards
that will involve ballroom enthusiasts, DanceSport child,
adult and juvenile athletes, Dance Teachers and guests,
and aspiring DanceSport competitors from Luzon, Visayas
and Mindanao regions.
This event will showcase routines patterned
after International DanceSport Federation (IDSF) Guidelines
and will be handled by nationally and internationally awarded
DanceSport athletes, adjudicators and coaches.
This will be a superb crowd-drawer,
as DanceSport Champions with several national and international
medals to their name will perform a world-class DanceSport
Show.
Generous Awards add zest to this event as
medals and trophies and cash awards provide legitimate ranking
credits and juicy incentives to aspiring DanceSport athletes.
In totality, “DANCESPORT sa SUGBU”
will attract local tourists to Cebu and may soon be a landmark
yearly event for Cebu City.
